A home for unmarried, and more often that not, homeless young mothers in Burkina Faso will soon have a much needed water tower to provide a more adequate supply of clean water.
At present, water is pumped by hand which a strenuous task for young pregnant women.
The tower is being financed from funds collected through the Coins for Kids campaign.
The home itself is under the control of a Luxembourg NGO, Chrëscht mam Sahel (CmS),which has been working in Burkina Faso since the 1980s.
